The following terms govern your access ("subscription") to and how you use this website and its paid resources ("data", "products", "features", "services", "properties", "content", "assets", "analysis", "reports") owned, operated, and provided by VALHive LLC. "We", "Us", "Our", "The Valorant Archive", and "VLH" in these Terms of Service ("Terms") also refer to VALHive LLC.

These Terms and any accompanying agreements and waivers constitutes "The Entire Agreement" and is made between you ("the user") and us, when you successfully pay and register for a subscription ("subscribe") to become a subscriber ("sub", "paid user") of our products and services that are available through this website, and supersedes any prior or other negotiations, understandings, agreements, and discussions, oral or written. The Entire Agreement between you and us starts at the start of your subscription and will persist after your subscription ends.

You must read, understand, and agree to the terms set forth here to use our website and our data. If you do not agree to these terms, then you are not granted access to use our products and services by us. We also reserve the right to refuse and to revoke access to this website at any time. If we fail to exercise or to enforce these Terms of Service, it does not indicate that we have granted you a waiver to these terms.

You understand that VALHive is not endorsed by Riot Games and does not reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone involved with VALORANT in an official capacity.

1. Our Data, Product, and Services

VALHive provides to its subscribers scouting reports and performance analysis on professional VALORANT players and teams. We do not make any promises or guarantees or provide any warranties, implicit or explicit, written or unwritten, that our data is complete, current, or accurate. The data is provided "AS IS" with no promise of user support. We do not guarantee the future performance of any players in our data. We reserve the right to modify our data at any time, and we have no obligation to update any data on this website and to notify you of these changes if there are updates. We also reserve the right to shut down the website for undetermined periods of time or permanently without prior notice to you.

Our data is not subject to returns or exchanges subject to relevant and applicable consumer protection laws. We reserve the right to limit the sale of our data to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service on this website at any time. Our subscriptions are priced in US Dollars.

You should not use our data as the sole basis for your business decisions. You agree that any use of our data in your business decisions carries risk and that we are not responsible for any losses and damages to your business that may occur from the usage of our data.

2. Account, Subscription, and Registration

You need a VLH account to navigate various parts of our website. You also need to have an active subscription attached to the VLH account to access our paid resources. Each account may only have one active subscription at a time. We offer various types of subscriptions, each subject to different pricings, features, and restrictions. The type of subscription you opt for will determine the paid resources you will have access to. You may find details on currently available subscription types here.

Users without a VLH account ("The Unregistered") must register for an account by purchasing a subscription. The Unregistered may begin the process of purchasing a subscription via our online request form and a VLH representative will reach out to you to complete your purchase and your registration. Alternatively, the Unregistered may complete the process of purchasing a subscription by completing an invoice provided by us previously. You must submit your valid payment information and your valid preferred email address through our payment service provider in order to subscribe to VLH. Access to a VLH account will be provided to you via your preferred email address within 24 hours of completing the purchase agreement and making a successful payment to VALHIVE LLC. Users with a VLH account but do not have an active subscription may purchase a new subscription on the My Subscription page.

Your subscription includes enrollment into a recurring payment plan. Your subscription is active for the duration of the billing period. The billing period is the interval of time between recurring billing dates, as determined by the subscription terms (e.g. a month-by-month subscription will have a billing period that is a month long). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the billing period, up to a certain number of cycles if any, as determined by the subscription terms, unless cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy on this page. You acknowledge that the billing date may vary if the day of the month your subscription began is not contained in a given month (e.g. if your subscription started on March 31, your next billing date may be on April 30). A renewed subscription is in effect a new subscription separate of the expiring subscription. The new subscription will start at the end of the expiring subscription. We reserve the right to update subscription costs at renewal time. Payment will be charged to your registered payment method at the start of every new billing period. Your subscription is considered active if it is paid for in the current billing period. Your subscription is considered inactive if it is not paid for in the current billing period, as a result of but not limited to, an expired payment plan, cancellation, or invalid payment method. Your subscription is also considered inactive once the subscription lapses. If your stored payment method with our payment service provider is invalid at the time of renewal, you must provide to us an updated payment source. Else, your current subscription will end and become inactive, and you will need to start a new subscription for future access to our services. Any discounts applied to your subscription may carry over during renewal until the conditions of the discounts is not met anymore as outlined in the sales agreement and ends when the subscription lapses.

Users with a VLH account and an active subscription may change their subscription type on the My Subscription page. If you change your subscription type, your current subscription will be cancelled immediately and a new subscription and a new billing cycle will start in its place.

You can cancel your subscription completely, ending the recurring payment plan and the automatic renewal, any time before the end of the current billing period. This cancellation will take effect immediately. If you would like to cancel your subscription, you may do that on your My Subscription page. We do not prorate, credit, or refund subscription costs for remaining time on the billing period if you or we decide to terminate our agreement before the end of the current billing period. We do not prorate, credit, or refund subscription costs based on the amount of products available to your account for the duration of your subscription.

If you are still able to access our paid resources after your subscription ends, it does not imply that we are granting you unlimited, free, and timeless access to our data. It may take time for our website to update the status of your subscription. We, however, will not charge you for any unrestricted access that you may have after your subscription ends while our website updates the status of your subscription.

You do not own the account provided to you by us. You are only granted access to the account that provides access to our paid products and services. You must provide to us and maintain a current, complete, and accurate contact information in order for us to provide notices about your account access and updates on our services. We reserve the right to end access to the account and deny any future access to our website if we suspect that you are violating our Terms of Service, agreements, or waivers.

We understand that more than 1 user may need to use the subscription account at your business. Unless superseded by any other agreements you may have with us, you are only granted the ability to share the account with people within your immediate business as it relates to your job responsibilies. You are not allowed to share the account with people outside your immediate business. This includes but is not limited to reselling access to the account. The people in your immediate business must also agree to The Entire Agreement when using the shared VLH account, and any violation of The Entire Agreement by any authorized user of the account may result in the termination of the subscription for all users sharing the subscription. In the likelihood a person within your immediate business with shared access to the account leaves your immediate business, you are required to reset access to the account by using the "Forget Username/Password" link on the login page.

You are responsible for safeguarding the account credentials. You are responsible for any activity that occurs with the account. You are responsible for any damages to us in the likelihood an unauthorized user gets access to the account. You must contact us if the account credentials have been leaked within 24 hours upon discovery of the leak. All account credentials resets and recovery requests must be made by contacting us via recovery "at" valhive "dot" com or by using the "Forget Username/Password" link on the login page.
Nobody associated with VLH will ask for your password and do not communicate or message your account credentials to VLH staff.

You are prohibited to use or to conspire to use the account and our data that may break any laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Intellectual Property (IP)

We own the content presentation, statistical reports, and accounts on this website. These original works are protected by the Copyright Law of the United States (Title 17). All trademarks, service marks, and logos on this website are proprietary to VALHive or under the nominative use doctrine. Any use of VLH trademarks, service marks, and logos require advance written consent from us. All rights are reserved.

4. Access and Availabilty

Access to our website require compatible devices and up to date software (ie. browsers). We do not guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to this website. The website may be unavailable for planned and unplanned maintenance and downtime. We do not guarantee prior notice of downtime that affects your access to this website. The products available to your account may shrink or expand without prior warning. Access to our website may be limited by future changes in the law where we operate and/or you reside.

5. Third Parties

This website may contain links to other websites operated and owned by third parties. These links do not constitute any agreement or endorsement between this website and those other websites. We are not responsible for the availability of the content on those third party websites.
We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites.

6. Indemnity

You agree to hold harmless, defense, and indemnify VALHive, its partners, employees, and agents harmless from any claim or demand made by any third party, and any related loss, expense, damage, and liability (including attorney fees) that is due to or relates to your use of this website, your violation of these Terms, the rights of a third party, or your violation of any law.

7. Privacy and Data

When you sign up for our services, your name, email, and payment information will be processed. This is the minimum we need to conduct business with you.
Your name and email are processed and stored with us. Your payment information is processed and stored with our payment service provider.
When you access our website, your IP address and access time is logged and stored with us as standard practice.
We do not use third-party cookies. Our first-party cookies are used to persist web sessions and user settings.
None of your data is ever sold or repurposed to third parties. Your data may only be released to another entity if compelled by a court order.

8. Prohibited Activities

When you access this website you are prohibited from activities which involve this website as previously set forth in these Terms of Service and the following:

  • Reproduce, distribute, display, send, sell, license, derive, or use any part of this website and its data or content outside of your business except when you have obtained prior written permission to do so from us.
  • Commit Fraud
  • Impersonating Another Person
  • Collect information on other people for the purposes of stalking this person

  • Circumvent the security features of this website
  • Upload, transmit, or distribute malicious computer code or software to this website

9. Changes to Terms of Services

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Those changes will be effective the moment the updated Terms are live on this website and replaces the Terms you agreed to at the start of your subscription. At our sole discretion, we may notify you to the email address associated with your agreement with us ahead of time. Your continued access of this website after any change will signify your understanding and agreement to the changes. If any provision in these terms are made invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
